Our clients at Kanzler Vineyards—a family-owned and operated winery in Sebastopol—brought us on to source artwork for their new tasting room that felt rooted in the land and reflective of their wines: elegant, grounded, and never too literal. Our role was to curate pieces that echo the character of the vineyard while complementing the natural materials and architectural simplicity of the space.

We focused on works with organic forms and layered textures that nod to the surrounding terrain. The palette draws directly from a glass of Pinot Noir—their signature varietal—with notes of burgundy, blush, and earth woven throughout.

The result is a space that feels intentional, sensory, and deeply connected to place. As an extension of the Kanzler family legacy, the tasting room invites guests to slow down, take in the art, and experience the wine in a setting that honors both craft and heritage.
